Heartbreaking Statement From Wife of ICE Shooting Victim in Minneapolis

A Minnesota woman, 37-year-old poet Renee Nicole Good, was fatally shot by ICE agents during a tense incident in Minneapolis, leaving her spouse in tears and the community shaken. Harrowing footage from the scene captured Good’s partner grieving, repeatedly blaming herself for encouraging her spouse to confront federal agents.

“I made her come down here, it’s my fault… They just shot my wife,” she could be heard saying.

Conflicting Accounts

Witnesses reported that Good and her spouse were acting as legal observers and filming a protest when the shooting occurred. However, Good’s mother, Donna Ganger, denied that her daughter was participating in the protest, describing her as “one of the kindest people I’ve ever known,” compassionate, and loving.

The incident has sparked a fierce debate over what led to the shooting. ICE officials claim Good intentionally drove her vehicle toward agents, while Mayor Jacob Frey called that account “bulls**t.” Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem defended the agents, calling the actions “an act of domestic terrorism” and asserting the officer acted in self-defense.

Vice President JD Vance and former President Trump publicly backed ICE, emphasizing support for law enforcement while framing the event as a response to aggressive tactics by protesters.
