The United States Supreme Court has issued a major ruling impacting Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for certain migrant groups. In an 8-1 decision, the Court lifted a lower court injunction that had temporarily prevented the federal government from adjusting the legal status of hundreds of thousands of migrants currently under TPS protections.
