McDonald’s New Big Mac Has Customers Divided

McDonald’s is preparing to bring a much larger version of one of its best-known burgers to U.S. restaurants, and the reaction has been anything but quiet.

The Double Big Mac, a four-patty take on the classic Big Mac, is scheduled to appear for a limited time at U.S. McDonald’s locations starting January 24. The burger has already been available in several international markets, including Australia, where it has been on the menu since March 2020.

McDonald’s has described the item as offering “double the fun,” but customers are split over whether the bigger burger is an exciting menu addition or simply too much.

What Comes On The Double Big Mac

The Double Big Mac keeps the familiar Big Mac setup but adds extra beef. It includes four beef patties, Big Mac sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce, onions, and American cheese on a sesame seed bun.
