A young man who was reportedly practicing how to ride a motorcycle has been involved in a serious accident, according to initial reports from witnesses and local authorities.
The incident occurred while he was learning and attempting to gain more control of the vehicle. At some point during the practice, he appears to have lost control of the motorcycle, causing it to crash. Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after the accident.
