The Strange Creature Clinging to My Garage Wall Stopped Me Cold
At first glance, it didn’t even look real.
I froze halfway into the garage, staring at a bizarre creature clinging motionless to the wall like something pulled straight from a science-fiction movie.
Its body was bright yellow, covered in perfectly spaced black spots, while sharp spines stretched outward like tiny armored weapons.
For one uneasy second, I genuinely wondered if I was looking at some dangerous invasive species.
Panic Took Over Before Curiosity Did
The closer I stepped, the stranger it looked.
It didn’t move.
Didn’t blink.
Didn’t react at all.
It simply sat there with eerie confidence, as if the garage belonged to it now.
My imagination immediately went wild.
Was it poisonous?
Could it jump?
Would it suddenly launch itself at my face the moment I got too close?
Like most people confronting something unfamiliar, fear arrived long before logic.
