Some articles claim that having a certain blood type can slow aging, but scientific evidence for this idea is limited. Human blood groups belong to the ABO blood group system, which includes types A, B, AB, and O, each with positive or negative Rh factors.
The blood type often mentioned in these claims is O negative, sometimes called the “universal donor” because it can be given to most patients during transfusions. While some studies suggest small differences in risks for certain diseases among blood groups, there is no proof that any blood type stops aging or prevents wrinkles.
