Medical Professional Says Trump May Have Had a Stroke in the Past Year

Health Concerns and Public Attention

Trump’s health has been under the spotlight for months. Observers have noted bruises, facial drooping, and sporadic rants on Truth Social, fueling speculation about cognitive decline. At a 9/11 anniversary event, his face reportedly appeared asymmetrical, which sparked online discussion about a possible stroke—though no official diagnosis has been confirmed.

U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. also weighed in, expressing amazement at Trump’s longevity given his famously unhealthy diet of fast food, candy, and Diet Coke.

WASHINGTON, DC – AUGUST 25: A bruise is visible on the back of U.S. President Donald Trump’s right hand during a meeting with South Korean President Lee Jae-myung in the Oval Office at the White House on August 25, 2025 in Washington, DC. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked about the bruising in February and she responded, “President Trump has bruises on his hand because he’s constantly working and shaking hands all day every day.” (Photo by Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images)

White House Response

The White House has firmly denied any health concerns. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told the Daily Beast:

“President Trump remains in excellent overall health. His energy, work ethic, and accessibility are unmatched. These claims are part of the media’s desperate attempt to push fake narratives.”

While Davidson’s statements raise questions, it’s important to remember there’s no official confirmation of a stroke.
