Long before today’s polished game-show stages and celebrity hosts became television staples, Mayra G\u00f3mez Kemp<\/strong> stepped into a space that had overwhelmingly belonged to men\u2014and made it her own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When she became the face of Spain’s legendary Un, dos, tres… responda otra vez<\/em> in 1982, she wasn’t simply taking over a television program. She was breaking new ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n RTVE has described G\u00f3mez Kemp as the first woman in the world to host a game show<\/strong>, a distinction she herself spoke about with pride.
