    Two Polish guys are sitting on a park bench when a homeless man shouts:
    \u201cHey!! I got a riddle for you! What has 2 heads, 4 arms, 4 legs, and stinks like SH*T?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Polish guys shrug. \u201cWe give up. What?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cYou and your friend!!\u201d the man cackles and staggers away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Polish guys laugh and decide to try it on someone else. They see two Americans and ask:
    \u201cHey guys! We got a riddle for you: What has 2 heads, 4 arms, 4 legs, and stinks like SH*T?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Americans shrug. One of the Polish guys smirks and says:
    \u201cMe and my friend!!!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. \u201cHad It All\u201d
      I was sitting on a park bench next to a homeless man and asked how he ended up this way.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      He said, \u201cUp until last week, I still had it all: plenty to eat, clean clothes, a roof over my head, TV, Internet, gym, pool, library\u2026 I was even working on my MBA online with no bills or debt, and full medical coverage.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Curious, I asked, \u201cWhat happened? Drugs? Alcohol? Divorce?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      He shook his head: \u201cNope. I was just released from prison.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Lesson: Perspective is everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Bob, 80
        Hi, I\u2019m Bob, 80 years old. Every morning, I sit on a park bench and chat with my friend Jim, who\u2019s seven years older than me. He jogs every morning without breaking a sweat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Finally, I asked him, \u201cJim, how do you have so much stamina at your age?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        He said: \u201cItalian bread. Eat it every day. Keeps your energy high and your stamina impressive with the ladies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Inspired, I went to the bakery and asked for five loaves. The lady gasped: \u201cFive loaves? By the fifth loaf, it\u2019ll be hard!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        I left as fast as my old legs could carry me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Lesson: Sometimes the secret to vitality\u2026 is a punchline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
