Over 75 letters of support were submitted, including multiple from Gilbert and colleagues, vouching for his character and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Busfield faces charges of criminal sexual contact of a minor under 13 and child abuse, related to allegations involving two children. He has pleaded not guilty and denies all claims. If convicted on all counts, he could face up to 15 years in prison. The case is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
