During the wake, family and friends couldn\u2019t hold back their tears and embraced each other for comfort. At the same time, calls for justice were heard among those present.<br>Joyce was murdered on Tuesday (1), and the main suspect in the crime is her ex-boyfriend, Vin\u00edcius Souza Meira, 26. Their relationship lasted four months and ended just 15 days before the murder. The young woman\u2019s mother believes the motive was jealousy. \u201d She left him because she didn\u2019t like him ,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite never reporting any assault or threats, Joyce faced her mother\u2019s disapproval of the relationship . \u201cI met him on New Year\u2019s. On the morning of the crime, the mother was at work. Around noon, she received messages from her former son-in-law. \u201c He said he was in the woods fleeing from the police ,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Worried, Mrs. Edenilde rushed to her daughter\u2019s house and was met with a brutal scene. There was blood on the floor.
