A drunk guy gets pulled over late one night after an officer notices his car swerving across the road.
At first, he thinks he can talk his way out of it.
He slows down, rolls down the window, and immediately tries to turn the situation into a joke. He laughs. He makes excuses. He insists he’s fine. In his mind, all he needs is the right sentence—the perfect one-liner that will make the officer believe everything is under control.
But the officer has seen this before.
The road is almost completely empty. It’s cold, dark, and quiet, with the flashing red and blue lights reflecting off the pavement. Somewhere in the distance, another car passes by, completely unaware of what is happening on the shoulder.
The officer asks him to step out.
The moment he opens the door, the act starts falling apart.
