A simple three-word clue turned into one of the most frustrating moments of the Bonus Round when commercial pilot Conner Kemmsies appeared on a Valentine’s Day episode of Wheel of Fortune.
Kemmsies had already built a strong total, entering the Bonus Round with $19,080 in cash and prizes. But with an additional $40,000 on the line, everything came down to one final puzzle.
The board revealed:
“I DID MY _ _ _ _ _ _ _.”
The category was “Phrase.”
With only a few letters available and the clock ticking, Kemmsies had just seconds to figure out the missing word.
