Others, including Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, condemned the shooting as an unjustified killing and called for Ross to face charges. Even within Good’s family, opinions differ. Her former father-in-law, Timmy Macklin, told CNN he did not blame ICE for the incident, noting the chaotic and split-second nature of the encounter. He added that while he disagreed with Good’s actions, he recognized the difficulty of reacting in such a situation.
