TV Community Pays Tribute to Jennifer Robyn Bernard

Jennifer Robyn Bernard, best known for her memorable role as Terry Brock on General Hospital, has sadly passed away. Bernard was a familiar face to soap opera fans throughout the 1980s, appearing in more than 140 episodes of the long-running daytime drama between 1984 and 1990. Her performance left a lasting impression on viewers who admired her heartfelt and engaging portrayal.

Authorities confirmed that Bernard was found deceased earlier this week in San Jacinto, California. Local law enforcement responded to a report of an unattended death on Tuesday, and her identity was confirmed through official records. An autopsy is scheduled through the Riverside County Coroner’s Office, although the cause of death has not yet been released to the public.

In addition to her notable television work, Bernard appeared in the 2002 film Voices from the High School, where she played the role of a psychologist. Although she gradually stepped back from acting after her years on daytime TV, she remained a beloved figure among fans and colleagues who appreciated her talent and warm presence.

Her passing comes at a time when the General Hospital community is already mourning the recent loss of another longtime cast member, Jackie Zeman, who portrayed Bobbie Spencer. Bernard’s contributions to the show and her connection with its audience continue to be remembered with admiration and gratitude.
