Philadelphia police have confirmed that the human remains discovered behind a vacant middle school are those of 23-year-old Kada Scott, whose disappearance earlier this month captured the hearts of thousands. A Search That Became a Citywide Mission
Kada was reported missing on October 4th, after her family hadn’t heard from her for over a day — something completely out of character for the young woman who always checked in. She was last seen leaving her North Philadelphia apartment around 9:30 p.m., wearing a gray hoodie and jeans.
