A wave of heartbreak and disbelief has spread through a community following the sudden passing of 20-year-old Ana — a vibrant young woman whose untimely death has shed light on an issue too often ignored: menstrual health and the dangers of dismissing women’s pain. According to early reports, Ana began feeling unwell shortly after the start of her menstrual cycle.
