Savannah Guthrie Breaks Silence: Fears Her Mother May Be Gone After 24 Days Missing
The heartbreaking disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, mother of Today show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, has entered its 24th day, and Savannah has made a painful admission: her mother may be dead.

Nancy, 84, vanished from her Catalina Foothills home near Tucson, Arizona, on February 1. From the very start, authorities have treated the case as a high-priority investigation, scouring digital evidence, surveillance footage, and possible leads. A masked intruder captured on Nancy’s Ring doorbell is believed to be connected to her disappearance.
In a raw, emotional Instagram video, Savannah opened up about the toll of the ordeal.
“It is day 24 since our mom was taken in the dark of night from her bed, and every hour, every minute, every second has been agony—worrying, fearing, aching, and most of all, missing her,” she said.
