New DHS Program Offers Incentives for Voluntary Departure

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has launched a voluntary departure program for undocumented immigrants, offering participants financial support and travel assistance to return to their home countries.

How the Program Works

Participants who choose to leave the U.S. voluntarily can receive a free commercial flight home and a $1,000 stipend once their departure is confirmed. Enrollment is managed through the CBP Home application, and the stipend is only provided after authorities verify that the individual has safely returned to their country of origin.
