Snakes can slip indoors through surprisingly small openings. Tiny cracks in foundations, gaps around plumbing, loose vents, damaged screens, and even open garage doors can provide easy access. During colder months or extreme heat, homes become attractive hiding places because they offer stable temperatures and protection from predators outside.
