Stepping outside early in the morning, I expected nothing more than a quiet moment of fresh air. Instead, I noticed something unusual moving across the ground. At first glance, it looked like a strange type of worm, but its appearance was unlike anything I had seen before.
After taking a closer look, I discovered that it was a hammerhead worm, also known as a land planarian. These unusual creatures are not typical earthworms. They are known for their distinctive flattened bodies and wide, hammer-shaped heads, which make them easy to recognize once you know what to look for.
