A 7-year-old boy was riding his old, rusty bicycle down the sidewalk, the chain rattling loudly and drawing annoyed looks from passersby. To anyone else, it looked like junk\u2014but to him, it was a treasure, a gift from his dad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suddenly, a police car slowed, and an officer stepped out. Tall, serious, and in full uniform, he stopped the boy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
