\u201cYes,\u201d she replied. \u201cRight next to the fishing lures. I figured if you were really fishing, you\u2019d have opened it at least once.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He stood there, blinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She added, \u201cOh, and by the way\u2026 I hope your \u2018boss\u2019 enjoyed the silk pajamas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The husband cleared his throat. \u201cYou know, now that I think about it\u2026 we didn\u2019t actually use the tackle box.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOf course you didn\u2019t,\u201d she said, patting his shoulder as she walked toward the kitchen. \u201cYou don\u2019t even like fishing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From that day on, whenever he mentioned a \u201cbusiness trip,\u201d she would simply smile and say, \u201cShould I check the tackle box first?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
