Thanks so much,\u201d Clinton said. He added special thanks to the <strong>doctors and nurses at UC Irvine Medical Center<\/strong>, praising their \u201cabsolutely wonderful care\u201d during his seven-day recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clinton reassured viewers about his health and shared a positive outlook:<br>\u201cI, for one, am going to do my best to be around, to keep doing the most good I can, for a lot longer,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details of the Illness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An aide, speaking anonymously to the Associated Press, explained that Clinton had a <strong>urological infection that had spread to his bloodstream<\/strong>.
