Ministry of Transportation<\/strong> to conduct an emergency inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCity staff are working to examine the bridge to ensure it is safe for traffic,\u201d the city said in a news release. \u201cWe hope to reopen the overpass as quickly as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Later in the day, RCMP confirmed the <strong>driver of the truck is not cooperating<\/strong> with investigators.
