A heartbreaking tragedy has left an entire community in shock after a five-month-old baby was critically injured by a stray bullet inside their own home. The family’s peaceful evening turned into chaos when gunfire erupted nearby, and a single bullet pierced their window — striking the infant as they lay in their crib.
Police say the shooting happened just before 9 p.m. and may have been the result of a dispute between rival groups outside the home. Family members immediately rushed the baby to the hospital, where doctors confirmed the child remains in critical condition and has undergone multiple surgeries.
