Some of the additional animals are created through overlapping outlines and carefully arranged shapes. In certain areas, part of one silhouette may also form the outline of another animal. This encourages you to look at the same section of the image in more than one way.

Smaller Animals Are Easy to Miss
Among the less obvious figures, a small mouse can be spotted near the lower center. A small cat-like shape can also be found toward the right side.
These smaller figures demonstrate why optical illusions can be surprisingly difficult. When a large, familiar shape dominates the image, your eyes tend to prioritize it over smaller details.
If you’re trying to solve the puzzle, take your time and trace the outlines rather than simply looking for dark patches. A shape that initially appears to be part of a larger animal may reveal another figure when viewed from a different perspective.
