Parents are used to discovering plenty of surprises when cleaning a teenager’s bedroom: forgotten laundry, empty drink cans, stray socks, and the occasional collection of items that somehow escaped the trash for months.
But one mother got a much bigger surprise than she expected during an ordinary afternoon of cleaning.
She had been working her way through her son’s cluttered bedroom when she noticed something unusual in the narrow space between a wooden nightstand and the wall. Partially hidden beneath the furniture was a strange, dusty-looking object.
