According to her account, an argument with her daughter escalated after a conversation about ownership of the property. The daughter wanted the house transferred to her and her husband without payment. The mother pushed back, explaining that the property was not just a place to live — it was also tied to her retirement security.
The exchange quickly became hostile. She says her daughter pushed her, causing her to stumble into a coffee table and fall onto the hardwood floor.
