An inside source revealed to AZFamily that Nancy’s disappearance may not have been a planned kidnapping. Experts analyzing doorbell footage suggest the incident could have been a burglary gone wrong rather than a premeditated abduction. “The widespread investigative belief is Nancy could be alive,” the source added.

DNA evidence and surveillance footage are now central to the case.
