Three Convicts and Their Unexpected Prison Hobbies
Three convicts were being transported to prison and were allowed to bring one item each to pass the time. On the bus, one asked another, “So, what did you bring?”
The second convict pulled out a box of paints. “I’m going to become the Grandma Moses of Jail,” he said. “I’ll paint anything I can get my hands on. What about you?”
The first convict grinned and revealed a deck of cards. “Cards! Poker, solitaire, gin—you name it, I can play it.”
The third convict just smiled, quietly. Curious, the other two asked, “Why the smirk? What did you bring?”
He held up a box of tampons. “I brought these,” he said.
“Uh… what can you do with those?” they asked, puzzled.
He pointed at the box and said with a wink, “Well, according to the instructions, I can go horseback riding, swimming, and roller-skating. Looks like I’ll be busy!”
