Hollywood legend Robert De Niro has long been a vocal critic of former President Donald Trump, describing him with harsh terms and warning about the state of the nation. In response, Trump has publicly fired back, escalating the ongoing feud between the two.
During a recent podcast appearance on MSNBC’s The Best People with Nicole Wallace, De Niro called Trump “a serious threat to the country” and said, “He’s an idiot. We have to hold him accountable before more damage is done.” The actor has previously used strong language to describe the former president, labeling him a “buffoon” and “enemy of the country.”
