New Details Emerge: Ransom Note Linked to Savannah Guthrie’s Mother

The search for Nancy Guthrie, mother of “Today” co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, has taken a chilling new turn. Authorities are now investigating a possible ransom note demanding millions for her safe return — and every hour counts.

With the FBI involved and the White House urging public assistance, the hunt for the 84-year-old Arizona resident continues more than 48 hours after she was reported missing from her Tucson home.

“It’s a race against time,” Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told NBC. “We hope the window hasn’t closed,” stressing that Nancy may be without the critical medications she relies on daily.

A Ransom Note Emerges
TMZ reports that the outlet has received a letter claiming to be a ransom note. “So, we got something in our email… written like a ransom note for Savannah Guthrie’s mother,” TMZ’s Harvey Levin said.
