Bondi Responds Publicly

After her removal, Bondi took to X to thank Trump and highlight accomplishments during her tenure. She called the first year of his second term “the most consequential first year of the Department of Justice in American history,” citing historic drops in violent crime, major terrorism convictions, dismantling domestic and international gangs, and winning 24 Supreme Court rulings in favor of her office.

Looking Ahead: A Smooth Transition

Bondi confirmed she will work over the next month to ensure a smooth handoff to Todd Blanche before moving into the private sector. She reaffirmed her support for Trump and his administration, emphasizing her commitment to public safety and the Department’s mission.
