A few coworkers nearby overheard the conversation and started laughing. One of them leaned over and joked,
“So which one are you planning to enjoy first—the melted ice cream or the extra-strong iced coffee?”
The blonde shrugged happily.
“Whichever comes out first, I guess! It’s like a surprise every time I open it.”
Later that afternoon, curiosity got the better of her boss. He walked over and said,
“Alright, I have to see this. Go ahead—open it.”
She twisted the lid slowly, building suspense like she was unveiling a magic trick. Everyone gathered around.
She peeked inside, paused… then looked up, slightly confused.
“Huh.”
“Well?” her boss asked. “What is it now?”
She smiled and said,
“Good news—it still works! The coffee’s hot… and the ice cream is definitely… not frozen anymore.”
The room burst into laughter.
The blonde just laughed along and said,
“Well, hey, at least it tried. And now I’ve invented something new—coffee-flavored milkshake!” 😂
