Just then, the massive new bull finally stepped down from the truck. The ground practically shook as his hooves hit the dirt. He stretched his neck, snorted loudly, and looked around the pasture like he owned the whole ranch.
The first bull swallowed hard.
“Yeah… I definitely don’t need all 100 cows,” he muttered. “Sharing builds character.”
The second bull nodded quickly.
“I’ve been meaning to cut back anyway. Less stress, you know?”
