Why ACV Works
ACV is slightly acidic, balancing the scalp’s natural pH, which can get thrown off by styling products, pollution, and even shampoo. Over time, buildup weighs hair down and makes it dull. Unlike shampoos that coat the strands, ACV clears them. Its natural antibacterial and antifungal properties fight dandruff, soothe irritation, and smooth hair cuticles for natural shine.
How I Used It
I chose raw, unfiltered ACV with “the mother” and diluted it 1:1 with water. After a quick patch test, I sprayed it evenly over my scalp and hair, massaging gently.
