Dogs experience the world through scent, not sight. While humans rely heavily on visual cues and conversation, dogs gather information primarily through smell. Their noses are incredibly powerful—far beyond human capability. Experts estimate a dog’s sense of smell can be thousands of times stronger than ours, allowing them to detect details we would never notice.
