After several exhausting days of travel, all she wanted was a warm shower, a clean towel, and a quiet night at home.
The journey had been frustrating from beginning to end. There had been delays, crowded airports, long waits for luggage, and hours spent sitting in traffic. By the time she finally returned home, she was ready to forget about the entire trip.
The shower seemed like the perfect way to unwind.
Warm water filled the bathroom with steam, and for several minutes, she finally relaxed. The familiar surroundings made her feel comfortable again.
