Kid Rock has fired back at viral claims that he lip-synced during the Turning Point USA (TPUSA) alternative Super Bowl halftime show — and in the process may have revealed a behind-the-scenes truth about the performance.
The controversy began when the NFL announced Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny as the official Super Bowl LX halftime performer. Some viewers, uncomfortable with a Spanish-language set, were offered an alternative: TPUSA’s “All-American Halftime Show,” led by Erika Kirk and headlined by Kid Rock.
Soon after the show, social media buzzed with accusations that Rock’s set had been pre-recorded. In an interview with The Ingraham Angle on Fox News, the 55-year-old musician denied lip-syncing outright — but admitted a detail that fueled speculation.
