Hillary Clinton’s Epstein Deposition Halted After Leaked Photo Sparks Controversy
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Former First Lady Hillary Clinton’s deposition regarding her ties to the late Jeffrey Epstein was abruptly paused yesterday after a photo from the closed-door session surfaced online.
Clinton had been called to testify before a House Oversight Committee on Thursday, February 26, as part of its investigation into Epstein’s criminal network. Her husband, former President Bill Clinton, is scheduled to testify today, February 27. The former president’s name has appeared repeatedly in Department of Justice files released earlier this year, highlighting his past interactions with Epstein.

During the hours-long deposition, Hillary Clinton maintained she had no knowledge of Epstein’s crimes. In her opening statement, she said:
“I do not recall ever encountering Mr. Epstein. I never flew on his plane or visited his island, homes, or offices. I have nothing to add to that.”
The session hit a sudden snag when MAGA influencer Benny Johnson posted an image of Clinton from the hearing. Johnson claimed the photo was supplied to him by Representative Lauren Boebert. He captioned the image:
