The international music community is remembering Gary Leeds, who passed away at the age of 83. Leeds was the drummer and a vocalist for the influential 1960s pop group The Walker Brothers, and his passing marks the end of the original trio’s era.
According to statements shared by friends on behalf of his family, Leeds died peacefully at his home in Essex after experiencing health complications following a stroke several months earlier. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Barbara, along with their son and extended family.
